Data processing methods
According to current legislation, personal data are collected, processed and stored in such a way as to minimize, through the adoption of appropriate security measures, the risks of destruction or loss, even accidental, of the data themselves, as well as the risks of unauthorized access or processing not allowed or not in accordance with the purpose of the collection.
Given your specific express consent, your personal data may be subject to automated processing methods, including profiling.

Categories of data collected and processed 
The data collected and processed are only those provided by you (name, surname, other personal data, addresses of residence, and / or domicile, e-mail addresses and / or other contact details, etc.), in relation to the contractual needs and for the fulfilment of legal, administrative and tax obligations.

Purpose of the treatment
Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- allow you to use the services requested;
- execute a contract;
- carry out any training activity, within the framework of the contract services requested;
- allow you to register for our events;
- for the purposes referred to in this Notice;
- fulfil legal and administrative obligations;
- fulfil all legal tax obligations.

In relation to all the above listed purposes, the processing of your personal data is legitimate as necessary to execute a contract or provide the requested services.
Furthermore, only with your express consent, we process your data to send you communications with commercial and / or advertising content and / or to customize the commercial and / or promotional offers based on your specific interests.


Legal basis
The processing of your personal data, for the above indicated purposes, will be performed on the basis of at least one of the following legal bases, in accordance with the applicable legislation:

a) based on your specific consent;
b) for the conclusion and execution of a contract;
c) to fulfil legal obligations;
d) for our legitimate interest.

Data processor
For organizational and functional needs related to the provision of the offered services, your data may also be processed by other subjects, authorized by the Data Controller.
Among the subjects who may process your personal data on behalf of the Data Controller, as Data Processors designated by the Data Controller, we indicate the following:

All the subjects listed above present adequate and sufficient guarantees for the processing of personal data to ensure adequate protection for the data subject, in compliance with the applicable legislation.

Recipients of personal data and possible data transfer to non-EU countries
Your personal data may also be transferred to countries located outside the European Union, in particular, to other companies of the Etex Group, in relation to which appropriate recognition of adequacy has been made by the European Commission, through the adoption of adequacy decision, or that, in any case, present appropriate guarantees. In the absence of any contractual guarantees or acknowledgment of adequacy, your data will not be transferred outside the EU in the absence of your prior explicit consent.

Personal data retention period
We will retain your data for a limited period of time, which may vary depending on the purpose for which they were collected.
At the end of this retention period, your personal data will be deleted or, in any case, made anonymous in an irreversible way.
We invite you, however, to read carefully what is indicated in the following section, in relation to your rights.

Data Subject rights
At any time, you can:
- withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data;
- be informed about the personal data in our possession and all the information concerning their origin and their use;
- request the updating, correction or integration, as well as, in cases envisaged by the provisions that are in force, the cancellation or limitation of the processing;
- oppose the treatment, in the foreseen cases;
- request to receive your personal data in a format readable by electronic devices and, where technically possible, the direct transfer to a third party indicated by you.

Furthermore, if you believe that the processing of your data has been carried out illegitimately, you can file a complaint with one of the supervisory authorities responsible for the protection of personal data. In Italy, the complaint can be presented to the Privacy Authority.
