Details: The heart of the exhibition space is the Italian Palace, destined to remain in the post-Expo period as a technology innovation center to serve the city. The idea behind this project sees Italy as a nursery for future energy. Country from the important tradition, but also cot for a prosperous future.

Project description

Inside the Palace are told the four "Italian Powers", thanks to the help of the 21 autonomous regions and provinces. The power of the "Know how" expresses applied stories of professionalism with which the Italians have found solutions, by making enterprise. The "beauty" power where 21 landscapes and 21 architectural masterpieces show the beauty of Italy. The power of "limit" tells about the capacity to express the best of themselves in extreme circumstances and in the most difficult conditions. Power "of the future" where a pool of 21 representative plants of the Italian regions symbolize the country as the future power. The visitor finds an exhibition with the markets. In a space along one hundred meters in total darkness, managed by the Italian Union for the Blind, visitors can live the unique experience of deprivation.
